County Animal Control Holding Holiday Adopt-A-Thon
On December 17, the county shelters will be offering discounted adoption fees as a way to encourage pet adoption.
Los Angeles County and City of Los Angeles animal care facilities will be offering discounted adoption fees as part of a holiday adoption event on December 17.
The closest facility to Altadena is in Baldwin Park, at 4275 N. Elton Avenue.
Although the closest animal care facility to Altadena is the Pasadena Humane Society, as Altadena Patch columnist Karin Bugge has noted on the site, stray animals reported found in Altadena are placed in the Baldwin Park facility.
