Well now if i must.. I am so glad I came to Altadena! I have met some pretty great people and IRead Morelove newbies to yoga! Check out the workshops we offer on Sundays from 11-1 2 hours of Yumm! if you miss this week, next week is for the inflexible (of body and mind!) Anyone you know need either? Send them on down!

Rachael, they are finally building that retirement community development less than a block awayRead Morefrom you. It is something like 240 rooms and 40 apartments. Lots of elders for yoga within walking distance. Go 1/2 block west on Alameda. Can't miss it. The development is one square block. Hmmmm....A new place to get rid of extra cats? And no more running twice a day, almost everyday. I have reaped the harvest of my planting fajitas.

Old people.. umm i mean seasoned bodies need a lot of attention! Now, today is my Yoga for Larger Bodies workshop from 11a-1p. Excellent 2 hours learning how to move safely and with ease in poses. and then we pretty much fall asleep at the end! Whoohooo!! Next Sunday , Yoga for Inflexibility.. Whos' in?!?!?
