b/w SCARED CAT in Tree at Atchison/Lake

A LOVELY b/w CAT has been yowling, scared, high up in a camphor tree outside 854 Atchison St. (two houses west of Lake), by Westminster Church, since last night (Feb 22). We've seen him around lots of times and know he must be local. Please come and claim him!!
