Nightmare Illegal Vacation Rentals

I live across 2 homes their owners turn into Vacation Home rentalsNO DIFERENCE  MOTEL HOTEL BUSINES)
This homes have been a nightmare of problems,Traffic,noise,people in and out of this homes without any proper security .
How we know who stays in this homes and how they screen thems.
This owners are getting in a legal dilema due to the fact, if any of this facilities become a issue for any of the resident of our area, they can be sued.
I have send report to zoning and land used they have not replied on writing of the outcome or their investigation.
there have been  4 breaking in our neighborhood
Iam a concern citizen with equal rigths to complaints of this busineses  trying to change the feeling of our neighborhood,this is a single family home
area.
PLEASE DONT ALLOWED YOUR BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORWOOD TO TURN INTO A VACATION HOME RENTAL. Freedom of Speech.
