Dancing in the Street

It's called the Piaffe -- a dressage movement where the horse, with no visible cues from the rider, performs an elevated trot, in place. In other words, though trotting, the horse does not move forwards, backwards, or sideways.

It's a movement that requires discipline, perhaps years of training, and a very talented horse. Which means the only chance to see the Piaffe performed is at the Olympics, or a high-end equestrian show, or on the streets of Altadena.
