Altadena Farmers’ Market Welcomes Mama Musubi

The local catering company will serve a variety of stuffed Japanese rice balls and soup at their Wednesday farmers' market debut.

Patch previously reported that a new prepared food vendor would start at this week’s Altadena Farmers' Market and the market has announced that musubi is on the menu.

Local catering company Mama Musubi will serve a selection of musubi--Japanese rice balls stuffed with vegetables, meat or fish. They’ll also be serving winter miso soup to complement the latest chilly weather.

Wednesday is not only Mama Musubi’s first time at the Altadena Farmers’ Market but at any farmers’ market thus far.
