Altadenans Take Part in World Food Day

In support of an international effort to end hunger, local organizations will be on hand October 16th to accept your non-perishable food donations.

On October 16th, you're invited to meet up with neighbors and several local organizations including Altadena Community Garden, Arroyo Food Coop, Neighbors Building a Better Altadena, and RIPE Altadena (Residential In-season Produce Exchange of Altadena), in support of World Food Day.

The local organizations will collect non-perishable food donations at the Altadena Community Center from 6-8 p.m.

You can find more information on this effort to alleviate hunger, locally and globally, at World Food Day.
