Old Pasadena Halloween Celebration Day 2

The festival concludes Sunday night and features free store-to-store tick or treating, free haunted photos and a screening of Halloween cartoons at One Colorado Courtyard, a meet and greet with classic Halloween characters and the Old Town Haunted House.
