With a wealth of classic songs to her credit, it was only a matter of time before someone was going to pay tribute to one of the greatest singer songwriters of our time.

Carole King has been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She wrote several Top Ten hits for various groups with her partner and husband Gerry Goffin during the '60's and in 1971, her Tapestry album became the top-selling pop solo album ever and held that position until Michael Jackson's Thriller in 1982.

Jeannie Austin, having been a fan of Carole's for many years, captures the bluesy and soulful quality of King's voice and piano playing perfectly. She has assembled a band of seasoned musicians to accompany her in this venture and they replicate the material with disciplined accuracy.

Tapestry will perform hits like "It's Too Late", "Natural Woman", "I Feel the Earth Move", "Sweet Seasons", "So Far Away", "Locomotion", "You've Got a Friend" and many, many more.

Join us as we celebrate the songs that have become part of our culture and heritage. The members of Tapestry will remind you how great those songs are.

Opening the afternoon will be Jaynee Thorne paying tribute to Joni Mitchell as she performs some of the best known songs from her catalog.
