LACMA Presents Art + Film Lab at Charles White Park
Five weeks of art, film and hands-on workshops will be be presented at Charles White Park starting Friday.
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s Altadena Art + Film Lab opens at Charles White Park Friday for five weeks of free art and film programming and education.
From Friday through Oct. 13, the Art + Film Lab will offer outdoor film screenings, interactive workshops and oral histories from community members.
Opening night is Friday, Sept. 13 from 6 to 10 p.m. and includes live music, an outdoor screening of Le Havre by Aki Kaurismaki and an appearance by Altadena-based artist Ian White, son of artist Charles White.
