An Altadena home on Highview Avenue is one of five that will be featured on a March 25 modern-style architecture tour that will be held by the Pasadena Heritage group.
The home, which is pictured at right, was designed by famous Los Angeles area architect Gregory Ain.
The Pasadena Heritage group holds a themed Spring home tour each year - this year the tour is called "American Modern, USC Style and Beyond."
The tour information release notes that modern-style homes are "rare" in the Pasadena area, which tends to be better known among artchitecture buffs for its craftsman bungalows.
