Gallery Frontstage Open Mic
Coffee Gallery, 8 p.m.
Every Friday and Sunday nights, there is a free musical open mic at The Coffee Gallery in Altadena.  There is amazing talent in town, plus a lot of out-of-town performers come from far and wide.  Come out and watch or get up and play.

Free Pancake Breakfast
Farnsworth Park Hall, 7:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
As if free pancakes aren’t great enough, attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items or monetary donations to benefit Union Station Homeless Services in Pasadena. Family Nature Walk at Eaton Canyon
Eaton Canyon, 9 a.m.
Join in for a free Family Nature Walk through Eaton Canyon. Meet in front of the Nature Center at 9 a.m. to participate. The event is free and will occur, weather permitting.

Storytelling at Eaton Canyon
Eaton Canyon, 10:30 a.m.
Stop by every Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. for Nature Tails: Story Telling at Eaton Canyon Nature Center. Meet in front of the Nature Center, weather permitting.

Altadena Library LEGO Club
Altadena Library, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Kids age 2 to 13 are invited to this time of LEGO fun at the Altadena Library, starting Sept. 29. Legos are provided, just bring your imagination! Duplo blocks will be available for children under 4 years of age. The Lego Club will meet once a month in the Main Library Community Room.
