Another hiker rescued. PATCH!!!!!!!

County firefighters conducted two helicopter rescues this weekend, one of an injured hiker in the Eaton Canyon area of the Angeles National Forest above Pasadena and the other of a mountain biker hurt in Cheeseboro Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains near Agoura, authorities said.

Both victims were men and neither suffered severe injuries, a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher said.

The hiker fell and was stranded on a ridge around 11 a.m. Sunday before he was hoisted into a helicopter and taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, the dispatcher said.

The mountain biker suffered a knee injury around 10:30 a.m. Sunday and was airlifted, also to Huntington Memorial, the dispatcher said.
