School selected as non-profit beneficiary of Recycle Your Change program.

Whole Foods Market Arroyo in Pasadena has selected Pasadena Waldorf School as the non-profit beneficiary of its Recycle Your Change program. Beginning April 15 and going through July 7, 2013, all the change collected at each register at Whole Foods Market Arroyo will be donated to Pasadena Waldorf School.

“There are more non-profits per capita in Pasadena than anywhere else in the United States, and we are humbled that Whole Foods Market Arroyo has chosen our school as an organization that supports and shares their values of community development, education, healthy diets, and sustainability,” said Melissa Puls, Pasadena Waldorf School Director of Development. “With so many of our parents already supporting Whole Foods Market Arroyo in providing quality food for their families, we feel this is a perfect opportunity for both organizations to benefit from the Recycle Your Change program.”
