Learn about your unique needs to achieve optimal weight, reduce food cravings, increase sleep, maximize energy, live an inspired life, and somehow save money too!

Tina has studied with Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth and other leading health authorities. Be sure to attend this life changing program on Saturday, September 22 at 2:00 pm at the Altadena Main Library at 600 East Mariposa Street, 91001.  For more information, visit www.altadenalibrary.org or call 626-798-0833.

According to Thornton, “My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.  As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.”

Tina Thornton is a Holistic Health Coach, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is trained extensively in over one hundred different dietary theories by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Ms. Thornton's holistic practice and approach to health and wellness simply means to look at how all areas of one's life are interconnected. She helps her clients make food and lifestyle choices to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding, implementing lasting changes that improve energy and allow for balance.

Over the last twelve years, her programs have helped people of all ages and conditions achieve Well-Being. Side effects of these programs so far include: improved energy and fitness, weight loss, reduced food cravings, reversal of allergies and arthritis, reversal of liver, kidney and heart disease, reversal of cancer and other dis-eases. Another common side effect is the reduction or elimination of medicines.

Her food and lifestyle journey began over twenty years ago when her work in documentary film took her (willingly) around the world. It served as a catalyst to help her look into various cultures, exploring lifestyle and its impact on Well-Being.

Ms. Thornton continues to study with the very best in vitality and regeneration of the body. She is also a food advocate and can be found speaking at schools, libraries, gyms, doctor's offices, homes and churches, on the radio, teaching a class, co-creating an event or organizing a wild food outing or tour of a local farmers market.
