Tina Thornton is a filmmaker and Holistic Health Coach, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is trained extensively in over one hundred different dietary theories by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Over the last twelve years, her programs have helped people of all ages and conditions achieve Well-Being.
