GET READY TO LAUGH! ROMANTIC COMEDY AT ALTADENA LIBRARY!

See a hilarious live production for less than the cost of most movie tickets in a staged reading of the romantic comedy Later Life by A. R. Gurney Sun. Oct. 21 at 2 or 5:30 pm at the Altadena Library.

Looking for some really fun entertainment? Tired of the high prices most movie theaters charge nowadays? How would you like to see some professional actors in a hilarious live production for less than the cost of watching the latest not so great film and also help a good cause?  Well you can and you won’t have to drive far either because a staged reading of the romantic comedy Later Life by A. R. Gurney is coming Sunday October  21  2 & 5:30 pm to the Altadena Library.

The Moveable Theatre Company by Special Arrangement with Dramatists Play, Service, Inc. is producing a staged reading of the play to benefit the Friends of the Altadena Library.  John Balma and Debra Lee, whom many may recognize from their many appearances in film and television, star in this production.

David Berkus, associate of The Moveable Theatre Company, who has had privy to recent rehearsals, has this to say: “The comic actors add so much to the humor of the play. The lines are hysterical the way these professional actors interpret them. I know your ticket buyers will be very entertained.”

For tickets and more info:www.altadenalibrary.org; www.moveabletheatrecompany.org; or 626-798-0833.  The main Altadena Library is located at 600 E. Mariposa Street, 91001.
