“Volcanoes I Have Known” with JPL volcanologist Rosaly Lopes at Altadena Library, Monday June 17

You are invited to be amazed by JPL volcanologist Rosaly Lopes’ multi-media presentation “Volcanoes I Have Known.” The event will feature media showing the power and beauty of erupting volcanic sites and lava flow both on earth and on other planets! Dr. Lopes is a prominent planetary geologist, volcanologist, author of numerous scientific papers and several books, as well as a great proponent of education.
