Crime Blotter: Vandalism, Burglaries and an Assault Case

Three were arrested for an assault after they allegedly beat someone with their hands and feet.

Friday, Aug. 12

Between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – A residential burglary occurred in the 1800-block of N. Lake Avenue.  Suspect(s) entered the residence via the unlocked front window.  Loss:  Silver Olympus digital camera, yellow Kodak digital camera, and misc. credit cards.

Saturday, Aug. 13

12:23 a.m. – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 200-block of W. Las Flores Avenue.  Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the driver’s side window.  Loss:  black/gray Garmin Nuvi 20SI GPS.

 Monday, Aug. 15

Between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., Thursday – A residential burglary occurred in the 3400-block of Lilac Canyon Lane.  Suspect(s) entered the residence via the second floor window.  Loss:  silver Sony 40 inch LCD TV, black Apple iMac 24-inch computer and misc. currency.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

Between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., Thursday – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 900-block of Dolores Drive. The vehicle was recovered by Pasadena Police Department of 8/18/2011.

Thursday, Aug. 18

1:20 a.m. – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 3300-block of Tonia Avenue.

2:38 a.m. – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 400-block of E. Athens Street. 

3:20 a.m. – A vehicle vandalism and petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 3300-block of Vossberg Street.  Loss:  multicolored cosmetic bag and coins.

Between 8 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., Friday – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 2000-block of Galbreth Road. 

Friday, Aug. 19

Between 12:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 600-block of Neldome Street.

Between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 2100-blk of N. Marengo Avenue. 

Saturday, Aug. 20

Between 6 p.m. and 3:19 a.m. – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 1000-block of E. Palm Street.  Vehicle was recovered by Pasadena Police Department.

Between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. – A petty theft occurred in the 2600-block of McNally Avenue.  Loss:  Green Poulan gas powered weed trimmer, silver Sony home AM/FM stereo, silver Panasonic home stereo speakers, silver Toshiba DVD player. 

Sunday, Aug. 21

2:10 a.m. – An (hands, feet) occurred at Woodbury Road and Glenrose Avenue.  The witness heard commotion to the front of his residence and observed a group of male suspects assaulting a male victim.  The witness attempted to intervene and the males began to assault the witness/victim.  Deputies responded to the area and took three suspects into custody.
