Crime Blotter: Wrench Assault, 24 Hour Fitness Lot Thefts

Sunday, April 15th 
6:37 PM – A stolen vehicle was recovered in the area of Yucca Ln. & Wiemar St. The vehicle was reported stolen on 4/11/2012 in the LAPD Devonshire area. 

Monday, April 16th 
Between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 2900-blk of Olive Av. Suspect(s) entered the residence via the unlocked window. Loss: white MacBook Pro laptop, black Playstation3, gold necklace, off-white pillowcase. 
Between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM – A petty theft occurred at 24Hr. Fitness (2180 N. Lincoln Av.). Loss: black iPhone 4GS 16gb. 

Tuesday, April 17th 
Between 5:30 PM and 5:30 PM, Thursday – A residential burglary and grand theft of a firearm occurred in the 200-blk of W. Mountain View St. Suspect(s) entered the residence via the unlocked laundry room door. Loss: blue steel Mav Makarov 9mm TU90 (4”) handgun w/8 round ammo. 
10:53 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 400-blk of Figueroa St. Weapon: possible wrench. Victims/Suspects were uncooperative and did not provide further. 

Thursday, April 19th 
Between 9:40 PM and 11:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred at 24Hr. Fitness (2180 N. Lincoln Av.). Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the front passenger window. Loss: green canvas purse.
