Pasadena Man Nabbed for Grand Theft Auto in Altadena

Sheriff's deputies arrested a Pasadena man Wednesday night after he was allegedly found driving a stolen car.

A Pasadena man was arrested and booked on grand theft auto chargess Wednesday night after sheriff's deputies said they ran the license plate of the vehicle he was driving and determined that it was stolen.

The man, identified as Alexander Carlos, 22, was pulled over while driving a Honda Civic in the 700 block of East Pine Street, said Lt. Michael White of the Altadena Sheriff's Station. Two other people in the car were questioned and released, he said.

White said that Carlos was not a suspect in any other grand theft cases in the area.
