Updated: Have You Had Packages Stolen?

An Altadena resident shared that she recently had three Amazon packages stolen from her home. Have you experienced the same thing recently?

While residential burglaries have increased in Altadena recently, one resident contacted Patch about items outside her home being stolen.

The resident, who Patch has chosen to keep anonymous, wrote Monday: “I recently had 3 Amazon packages stolen from my home near Mariposa and Casitas. They are replacing the packages, but just wanted to let my neighbors know to be on the look out.”

Update: Patch contacted the Altadena Sheriff’s Station Tuesday and heard back Wednesday about whether or not package theft has increased in Altadena recently.
