Jack Scott’s Home Suffers Extensive Fire Damage

A Christmas Day fire destroyed portions of the Altadena home of Jack Scott, Chancellor for California Community Colleges.

Chancellor Jack Scott’s house caught fire while the family was at a Christmas Day church service.  The cause and extent of damage are not yet known.  Scott served as President of Pasadena City College from 1987 through 1995 and held office in the California State Assembly and Senate.
