John Scott Named as Interim Sheriff

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has appointed Orange County Sheriff's Department Undersheriff John Scott as interim sheriff. Scott will replace Sheriff Lee Baca, who is retiring at noon Thursday, as a federal investigation of jail violence continues.
