LASD Releases Video Footage of Hikers' Rescue From Eaton Canyon
The hikers were airlifted to Huntington Memorial Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's AIR 5 captured video footage of the Aug. 30 rescue of two hikers in Eaton Canyon.
According to authorities, a 26-year-old man from Monterrey and a 24-year-old woman from Los Angeles were found trapped on the side of a cliff.
The two were pulled from their location and hoisted onto the helicopter. They transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital and treated for minor injuries. One of the hikers complained of neck and back pain as a result of the fall.
