Memorial Planned for Altadena CERT Member

A memorial will take place on Sunday, Jan. 26, in honor of an Altadena Community Emergency Response Team who passed away last week.

Anthony "Tony" Willis died Jan. 13. Willis had been assisting CERT with disaster preparedness projects countywide since 2006. Willis also served as member of the Los Angeles City CERT program and served as CERT member for Battalion 17 in the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The memorial will take place Jan. 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Emergency Concepts, 20701 Plummer Street in Chatsworth.
