Penacook Teen Faces Fraudulent Use of Credit Card Charges

Concord Police say she allegedly used card at area stories.

A Merrimack Valley High School student was arrested recently from incidents that occurred in September involving a credit card.

Caitlyn W. Labrie, 17, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 12, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

The charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 14.

The alleged victim in the case was a Manchester woman who was a stranger to Labrie.

Labrie allegedly purchased items from Sam’s Food Store on Sept. 21, with a TD Bank debit card. Police also allege that she stole a bandana, glass pipe, and spice, on Oct. 3, valued at $30, from Deep Discounts, and other food items valued at about $15.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000.

Labrie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Tony, your story mentions two places I'm not familiar with. They are: Deep Discounts and Sam's Food Store. Can you enlighten me? Sincerely John Murawski Skeeterj@comcast.net

Hi John, I went with what was in the arrest log for information, which is vague. I'm not sure.
