15-Year-Old Airlifted out of Eaton Canyon With Broken Arm

A teenager with a broken arm is up at the Eaton Canyon falls

A 15-year-old boy with a broken arm was evacuated from the second waterfalls at Eaton Canyon around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, according deputies at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department .

The county's Air 5 helicopter team was called in to look for the boy, and Altadena Mountain Rescue Team was also at the scene, according to Lt. Bloom of the Altadena Sheriff's Station.

The teenager was airlifted to Huntington Memorial Hospital.  Two other teens were also on the scene, but apparently not injured, and will be evacuated out to the head of the hiking trail at the on Altadena Drive.
