Sheriff: No Safe Trail to Eaton Canyon Second Waterfall
Another death and rescue at Eaton Canyon Friday prompted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to issue a warning about hiking in the area.
In light of the death of a 17-year-old girl and injured 18-year-old man who were hiking at Eaton Canyon Friday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department shared a video and warning about trying to hike to the canyon’s second waterfall.

“Don't believe the false information, said LASD in a statement. “There is NO safe trail to the second waterfall.”
