Sheriff's Department Looking for Burglary Suspect With Chevy Van

The Sheriff's Department has sent out the following description of a suspect and vehicle from the scene of a Tuesday burglary.

A residential burglary occurred in the 2200 block of Galbreath Road on Tuesday morning, and Virginia Cordova, a crime analyst for the Sheriff's Department, has the following description of a suspect spotted in the area:

At this time, the only suspect info available is as follow:  gray older model (mid 1980’s) Chevrolet Astro Van w/no windows – just panels all around.  Suspect described as a male, Hispanic, slightly heavy set, late 20’s to early 30’s, with a moustache and wearing an orange vest with bright yellow tape underneath the area. 

If you see a vehicle matching the above description please contact the Sheriff’s Station at 626-798-1131.

I gotta say, every time I see this article title it brings to mind a song by Sammy Johns. A better way to use a Chevy Van that always brings back fond memories. I hope this guy is caught with his Chevy van because he's totally ruining my song.
