Sheriff's Seek to ID Suspect in Attempted Robbery of Arco Station

Police released an image of a suspect who entered the gas station on May 12 and is believed to have hit the cashier in the head with his gun, according to detectives on the case.

The has released the photo above of a suspect detectives believe attempted a robbery at the Arco station at the intersection of Altadena Drive and New York Drive on May 12.

According to the information released by the Sheriff's Department, the suspect entered the gas station, pulled a gun on the cashier, and then after the cashier asked him to leave, struck the cashier on the head twice with the gun.

After doing so, the suspect left the station, according to the department's account.
