Vehicles Collide on Angeles Forest Highway

Sig Alert in effect in both directions on Angeles Forest.

The occupants of two vehicles sustained possible injuries in a crash on Angeles Forest Highway just north of Big Tujunga Canyon Road early Friday.

An off-duty Crescenta Valley Sheriff's deputy spotted the crash just before 8 a.m. A Sig Alert had been issued at 8:40 a.m. for one hour on Angeles Forest and both lanes had remained closed as of publication.

Authorities with the California Highway Patrol, or the Los Angeles County Fire Department could not confirm yet if injuries were sustained.
