According to the Retail Food Insprection Guide, a restaurant with a score of 90 to 100 is given an A grade, a restaurant with a score of 80 to 89 is given a B grade and a restaurant with a score of 70 to 79 is given a C grade. Any resaurant with lower than a 70 is not given a grade at all. Dutch Oven, Oh Happy Day's Natural Foods and Arco Am/Pm Mini Mart in Altadena were given scores in the B range.
