Patch PUSD School Board Election Guide

Today is the final election day for Pasadena Unified 2011 school board races.  Two of the three seats were decided last month in the March primary election.

The remaining race is Seat 6, with the candidates Tom Selinske and . 

Selinske, the incumbent, received about 47 percent of the vote in March, falling short of the 50 percent plus one vote requirement to win in that race.  Baggett got about 35 percent of the race.

In the last month, the race has been dominated by revelations about Baggett's past criminal record, while Baggett has accused Selinske of improperly voting on a contract for a company that employed a member of his campaign.
