Functional Fitness Fun

Machines and indoor "work"outs are better than nothing yet, getting out in the a.m. fresh air, moving your body in ways you've not moved since you were a child; creating functional muscle which you can never get from machines and/or dead weight ~ c'mon out and play!

Repeating the same thing over and over gets you the same results. Is it fun? Is it functional? Is the air recirculated or fresh? Fresh air fills your lungs; makes you want to breathe deeper; goes into your blood and gives your brain the oxygen it needs to stay as limber as your body will be when you come out to play!

If you're looking to create more stamina, balance, strength, lean muscle, flexibilty, hand-eye coordination and a reason to get up in the morning and can play well with others... now's the time!
