Volunteers Needed for Little League All-Star Tournament
The games will be played at Farnsworth Park from June 25 to July 11 and volunteer announcers are needed.
The Central Altadena Little League will be hosting a regional All-Star tournament from June 25 to July 11, according to Adam Bell, a league representative.
Players age 9 and 10 from Altadena, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Duarte and Monrovia will be participating in 31 games over that period to determine one champion team. A schedule of games is available in the photo section of this article.
The league is looking for volunteers to serve as game announcers, according to Bell. Anyone interested should contact him at adam@playcall.org .
