Holden to Give ‘State of the State’ Update at Altadena Town Council

Assemblymember Chris Holden plans to discuss the state budget, affordable healthcare and the latest government initiatives.

Assemblymember Chris Holden, who represents Altadena in the 41st Assembly District, will address the Altadena Town Council with a “State of the State” update on the 2013 Legislative session.

Holden plans to discuss the state budget, affordable healthcare, school funding and the business climate in California 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15 at the Altadena Community Center.

Holden’s office also plans to further discuss the Affordable Care Act in an open forum 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21 in the Community Room. Residents can ask questions about the Health Insurance Marketplace and new coverage options. Alex Zucco from Holden’s office will provide an overview of the law and answer questions.
