It is reasonable for society to expect that people who are at the control of what is in effect a guided missile weighing thousands of pounds be competent to guide it properly.

There is plenty of proof that President Bush and VP Cheney are guilty. There are only unsubstantiated accusations of wrong doing by President Obama regarding the Benghazi incident. When you can't find any evidence to prove an opinion, crying "Cover Up" does not qualify as proof!
