The above photos come from the that was held on New York Drive last week.

The memorial has largely been the work of one man, who lives in Kinneloa Mesa and has pushed for years to have New York Drive serve as a memorial to the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks.

After all that work, McDannel has gotten his wish as signs now adorn New York Drive between Sierra Madre Boulevard and Altadena Drive.
