Did You Hear the Heat Break?
After two days of triple digits, life gets back to normal.
It's safe to open the drapes and windows and leave the bat cave once again. According to the National Weather Service, today promises to be about 85 degrees, which is at least 15 degrees cooler than yesterday. The news only improves as the week moves on.
Look for highs in the low 80's through Friday, then beginning Saturday, temperatures will dip into the upper 70's during the day and the 50''s at night. No rain in the immediate forecast, though.
