Farmer's Market Vendor Updates

Joseph Shuldiner, who is working with the county to start up a farmer's market at Loma Alta Park in October, has an updated list of vendors that will likely be part of the new market.

Joseph Shuldiner, the director of the Los Angeles-based Institute of Domestic Technology, and the organizer of the upcoming Loma Alta Farmer's Market in October has an update on the list of vendors for the market, as well as some information on a a cheese-making class at the Mariposa Creamery in Altadena.

Shuldiner wrote in an update emailed to Altadena Patch that he has "early commitments" to the market from:

The new farmer's market will be held on Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting at some point in October, according to Shuldiner

Shuldiner also announced the Institute will be holding cheese making classes which will be held at the Mariposa Creamery (which you can read more about ) in Altadena.  There are 12 spots open 12 students and the courses cost $225 each or $595 for the series.  The full details on the courses can be viewed here.
