Slight Chance of Rain Ahead For Altadena

Forecast for Dec. 2 through Dec. 6.

Keep those umbrellas handy and break out those winter coats, because there's a chance for some rain and chilly temperatures this week.

Monday
Daytime temperatures will inch close to the 80s, but will hover around 77 degrees. Skies will be sunny with a breeze blowing from the north east around 10 to 15 miles per hour. Night will be mostly clear with a low around 48.

Tuesday
Rain is possible after 11 a.m., but the day will be mostly sunny. A dramatic drop in the daytime temperature will occur, with a high of around 62 degrees. That threat of rain will continue into the night. The low will be around 45 degrees.

Wednesday
What remains of the 20 percent chance of rain should dissipate before 11 a.m. The rest of the day will be mostly sunny with a high around 54. Night will be partly cloudy with a low around 42.

Thursday
Sunny skies will welcome you for the day with a high around 52 degrees. Nighttime is going to get very chilly with a low of 39 degrees.

Friday
The end of your work week will still see some sunshine and cool temperatures, with a high of around 58 degrees. The low will be around 44.
