Altadena's Five Acres foster care program is looking for holiday donors to help make Christmas wishes come true for 150 families.
The families are people in need who are working with the group to keep their families together, and they have provided gift wish lists to Five Acres.
Five Acres needs donors who are willing to make some of those wishes come true and are willing to put together a holiday food basket for those families.
