Altadena Heliport Open House June 2
Curious where all the police helicopters overhead take off? You can visit the Altadena heliport of the Pasadena Police Department for the department's open house event on June 2.
The Pasadena Police Department will holds an annual open house event at its heliport in Altadena on June 2.
The open house event will include demonstrations and give the public a chance to speak with helicopter pilots about air operations in the Pasadena/Altadena area.
The event will also include demonstrations of ground units including the department's canine unit.

The heliport is located at 2175 Yucca Lane just north of the 210 Freeway's Arroyo/Windsor exit. The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
