Police and Helicopter Chase Down Wanted Man
A wanted man fled from police in Altadena Friday after they tried to arrest him.
Police on the ground and in a helicopter chased a man for whom they had a warrant for arrest Friday.
Officers patrolling in the Arroyo area around 5:10 p.m. saw a man in a vehicle who was known to be wanted and when they tried to arrest him he fled, Watch Deputy Sean Cliver told Patch.
After police chased the suspect on the ground and with the help of a police helicopter, the man was arrested near Windsor Street and Mariposa Avenue for evading police.

The man, who is about 25-30 years of age, was visiting a friend in Altadena but the reason for the warrant was unknown.
