Christmas Holiday Closures on Dec. 26

List of closures and service changes for the Christmas holiday.

Monday, Dec. 26 is a federal holiday, so many agencies and businesses are closed. Not malls, of course, but here is a partial list of closures that affect Altadenans:

  • Post offices; no mail delivery today
  • Altadena Libraries are closed
  • County offices are closed
  • Banks and financial institutions are closed

Changes in service for the holiday:

  • No trash pick up; it will be delayed a day
  • MTA is on Sunday/holiday schedule
